About Roth Built Homes
Tim and Melodie Roth have been building new homes for the last 10 years. They have built over 500 homes and their goal has always been to make each and every customer a satisfied one. Roth Built has also been doing land development since 1999.
Tim begin working in the construction industry at the age of 18. He entered a carpenter apprentice program in 1980 and spent four years in the program learning all phases of construction. Tim left construction in 1985 and begin working in data processing at West Coast Grocery. He was later promoted to a managerial position and after working in data processing 11 years, he left his job in 1996 to become a general contractor and pursue building full time.
Melodie Roth graduated from Oregon State University in 1985 and spent the next 12 years working with various computer systems at West Coast Grocery. In 1996 she quit her position with West Coast Grocery in order to work with Tim in their new thriving building business, Roth Built, Inc. Her love and knowledge of computers has enabled Roth Built to employ the latest software technology to maintain a high level of efficiency, accuracy and productivity.
